I prefer payment by PayPal but will accept money orders or cashiers check if you do not use PayPal. I also will accept credit cards through PayPal payments only. If I have the item in stock, I ship out shortly after payment is made. If I do not have the item made up, allow 5 -1 0 days for me to produce it before I ship it to you.
If you're paying with a personal check, I will wait 5 - 10 days before shipping your product.
Communication is very important to me. Please include your name, address, email and phone number with your order. I am a small studio business. I assure you that I will not share your information with anyone.
If for any reason you are not able to pay for product purchased within 5 - 7 days please communicate with me as to when payment can be expected or ask for me to cancel the order.
Because it is glass art, I will most likely need to insure any products that are medium size or larger, which will be included in the cost of shipping and handling.
I will combine shipping if purchasing more than one item from my store, and adjust the shipping and handling accordlingly.
Packaging stained glass is different from packing any other items, as it is highly fragile and will break if not double wrapped. Any adjustment to shipping & handling costs will depend upon the size of the package and the number of items being shipped.
With that said, if you have already made PayPal payment, and shipping is reduced, I will send a refund back to you in your package.
